Lead edge feeder

1. Adopts roller type lead edge feeding combined with vacuum system. Adjust wind volume according on cardboard bending degree to ensure feeding paper smoothly.
2. Main motor start protecting device, when the machine units not be clocked, machine can’t run.
3. Double feeding rubber roller, the rubber roller has slot for prevent the overlarge pressure.
4. Front feeding rubber roller with air cylinder cushioning device, feeding accurately and stable, will not destroy the hardness of the cardboard when the feeding space is small.
5. The side baffles adopt motorized digital control. The back baffle box be adjusted by motorized, the front baffles space adopts manual adjustment.
6. With brush dust-remove device with dust-absorption blower. Can adjust the wind volume accord the cardboard size.
7. Electric control units separation with warming belt, to ensure worker safe.
8. Electric counting device set production quantity, when complete the production automatically warm( if use touch screen control, adjust quantity though touch screen directly)

Printing unit

1. The printing roller used of stemless steel pipe do quenching and high temperature tempering, the surface be grinded, hard chrome plated, balance correction, running smoothly.
2. With quickly change printing plate device, when load or unload printing plate, foot switch electric control roller run clockwise or anticlockwise.
3. The feeding roller, impression roller, rubber roller and anilox roller space adjusted by self-locking device.
4. Printing and phase fixed device, pneumatic brake. When units separating or cleaning, braking mechanism limit gear running, keep original gear’s position.
5. The anilox roller adopt automatic pneumatic up-down device( when feeding, anilox roller down automatically according to order, when stop, anilox roller lift according order)
6. Adopts pneumatic diaphragm pump inking, automatically recycle, water cleaning.
7. With “clean printing plate” function, after washing the printing plate, the printing roller will back to the original printing position.

Die-cutting unit

1. The rubber roller adopts mechanical screw type horizontal movement, the movement distance is 50mm, with double case.
2. Used computer with PLC adjust phase of die roller, set box size and so on.
3. The space adjustment between rubber roller and die roller adopt self-locking device, and with air cylinder adjust quickly in large range, reduce rubber destroy, prolong rubber use life.
4. Feeding roller spaces adjusting adopts self-locking device.
5. Speed compensation device can make the rubber roller slipping follow die roller, thereby, the rubber surface speed controlled by knife die. So that the carton shape is same as knife die.
6. Equipped with rubber repair device, the rubber can be used after be repaired.
7. With steel slotting ring that 4ring adjusted together.

Stacking Unit

1. The paper catching arm can be automatically operated or by hand. Installed with safety mechanism to prevent the paper catching arm from sudden dropping and to ensure the safety of the operating personal.
2. The lathe platform rising up and dropping down is driven by the power chain.
3. With rising of the card board piles the lathe platform can automatically regulate the tilting height. The elevator attaches the brake function to make the lathe platform to keep the fixed position and not to slide.
4. Pneumatic paper lifting mechanism. When the card board have piled to the planned height, the paper catching holding plate will be open automatically, the pedestal will hold the card boards.
5. The surface corrugation leather belt can prevent the Cardboard to slide.
